What do Gandhi, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Eleanor Roosevelt have in common?

They are all introverts who accomplished extraordinary things.  Being an introvert does not mean that you cannot lead - you just need to approach things differently.  Introverts have some important leadership strengths such as:

  • Calm  - important when it comes to conflict and very stressful situations
  • Listening skills  - because a good leader will always listen to his or her team
  • Analytical skills - critical for decision-making

Will you have to travel outside of your comfort zone to be a successful leader?  Most definitely, but you can lead successfully while being true to yourself.  Click on the link on the left to get Kris's 5 tips to build your leadership.
